Carboor Harvest Hazelnut Dukkah is hand made in small batches using the best available Australian hazelnuts (from our own farm and those of our grower partners).  These nuts are lightly roasted and coarsely ground before mixing with the best spices.  The nuts and spices are left coarse to achieve a nice crunchy texture.

Each batch is rigorously quality tested with hazelnut oil and ciabatta on a Saturday afternoon after a long farmers market.

Carboor Harvest Hazelnut Butter with Cacao Chocolate is hand made in small batches using the best available Barcelona variety hazelnuts from our own farm and those of our grower partners around Australia.  The hazelnuts are lightly dry roasted (no oil) at a low temperature to preserve the high nutritional value of the nuts but reduce the moisture levels and free the natural oils.  Following roasting, the nuts are allowed to cool and excess skin is removed before running through our paste machine and thoroughly mixed with the other ingredients.  It is packed immediately.

By using cacao and coconut sugar, our Hazelnut Butter with Cacao Chocolate is not overly sweet and suits a mature palette.

The 250g variant is packed in a glass jar and the 1kg variant is packed in a plastic pail.

Delicious, soft, sweet but plump Golden Raisins grown in South Africa and packed in Australia in small batches to ensure optimal freshness. 

Golden raisins are dried seedless grapes. When the grapes are dehydrated, they crinkle into raisins containing less water and more concentrated nutrients and sugars. Golden raisins are golden (rather than the brown of regular raisins) due to the drying process.

Golden raisins have more flavonoids—phytonutrients found in plants that give them their colour and have antioxidant properties—than regular raisins.
